Was talking to one of the top runners in my running club this evening (he runs 5mins per mile, 100 miles a week and is on sponsorship, even planning on the olympics) and he was really in a discouraged state, talking about quitting it all. After our brief talk he told me he would continue but change things up a bit.
This is a picture of life, for even the very things we love can become mundane and a thing we are tempted to throw away, but remember that emotion will pass. You might have to talk to someone/your support team to help you put things in the right perspective and that's why you have them but whatever happens continue with your dreams.
Because emotions come and go, this is the time to trust the plan you had written down, to trust the steps you believed would take you there, the steps you wrote out when you were in the high place.
Remember most people you admire that have accomplished much spent many years behind the scene sweating it out, working through discouragement and battling whatever demons they had.
What we admire is the finished product.
We hope this blog will keep us in contact with our valuable customers and from it you all will share our journey.
